Refund Policy

At PREPonCall, we are committed to providing high-quality digital education and exam preparation resources. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing.
Membership Refunds
- Refunds for memberships are available within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- After 7 days, all membership payments are non-refundable, regardless of usage, progress, or completion status.
- Once access to the platform has been granted, the membership is considered active and in use.
Promotional Pricing
- Promotional pricing is not retroactive.
- Refunds are not issued to apply sales, discounts, or promotional pricing to prior purchases.
- If a member cancels and later repurchases during a promotion, the discounted price applies only to the new purchase. No refunds or credits will be issued for the original purchase.
E-Books & Digital Downloads
- All e-books, digital downloads, and digital resources are non-refundable.
- Due to the digital nature of these products and immediate access upon purchase, no refunds or exchanges are provided under any circumstances.
Cancellations
- Members may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
- Canceling a membership does not automatically qualify the account for a refund.
- Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Chargebacks & Abuse
- Attempting to obtain refunds through chargebacks while retaining access to PREPonCall content may result in immediate account termination.
- Repeated refund requests or abuse of promotional pricing may result in loss of access without refund.
